Compliance Statement

Domus Primary Care operates as a direct care practice and does not participate in any insurance networks, including Medicare. Services are billed directly to the patient. We do not submit claims to insurance providers and do not guarantee reimbursement. Superbills may be provided upon request for patients with eligible out-of-network benefits.

We are unable to care for Medicare eligible individuals or those already enrolled in Medicare. Eligibility criteria, payment policies, and care limitations are outlined clearly prior to enrollment.
