How much does a house call doctor cost in NYC?
A DOMUS house call is a flat $475: 45 to 60 minutes with a board-certified family physician at your home, office, or hotel. A virtual visit is $125. All pricing is disclosed before service.
Can I get a same-day home visit?
Yes. Same-day and next-day visits are often available, for new patients as well as established ones. Call (332) 373-1411 and we will do our best to see you today.
Do you accept insurance?
DOMUS is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. A superbill is provided on request for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA funds may be eligible depending on your plan.
What areas do you serve?
House calls are available across all five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Virtual visits are available anywhere in New York State.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before your visit are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund, and your first reschedule within 24 hours is free. Once your physician is en route, the visit is non-refundable.
