You are entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate for your visit.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of care.
DOMUS Primary Care is a direct-pay practice. We publish our prices, and we never bill insurance. Because of this, there are no surprises in how we charge.

DOMUS Primary Care wants every patient to be able to use this website. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review the site on an ongoing basis to improve readability, color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support.
Some portions of our online experience, such as the third-party booking system, are operated by outside vendors. We work with vendors that state a commitment to accessibility, and we will help you complete any step by phone if a page is difficult to use.

DOMUS Primary Care is the trade name of DOMUS Primary Care, PLLC, a New York professional limited liability company.
Medical care is provided by Dmitriy Gagarkin, MD, a physician licensed in New York State and board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
House calls are available across all five boroughs of New York City. Care is available in English and Russian.
Telehealth visits are available to patients physically located in New York State at the time of the visit, in accordance with state medical licensing law. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies.
This website is informational. The content on this site describes our practice and services. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluation by a physician. Do not use this website to diagnose or treat any condition.
Browsing this site does not make you a patient. A physician-patient relationship with DOMUS Primary Care begins only when you complete registration and are accepted as a DOMUS member and patient, not by reading this website, calling us, or sending a message.
