Where we go

House calls across all five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Virtual visits are available to patients physically located in New York State at the time of the visit.

This is our administrative office. It is not a clinic and there are no appointments here. Care happens where you are, at home, at work, or at your hotel.

Medical care is provided by Dmitriy Gagarkin, MD, licensed in New York State and board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Care is available in English and Russian.
